Incredibly beautiful and clean hotel with good food and caring staff. Awesome breakfast, a great selection of options available. A whirlpool and coffee in the room and the comfortable bed.

The room was perfect and fantastic, included with a whirlpool as well as much better ventilation system. The location was comfy and easy - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The area was fabulous.

When we visit Council Bluffs, like staying here. This affordable hotel offers lots of immaculately clean and absolutely fantastic rooms. Staff is exceptionally friendly and you can park your car on site.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this absolutely gorgeous hotel. The staff were very friendly and caring! The setting was particularly good, next to airport and Council Bluffs, IA and a casino. Stopped by Bella's Bakery to get some coffee and treats, it's walking distance from the venue, recommend. The bar was great.

The rooms are spotless and reasonably large with the whirlpool, so that guests have essentials. The location is comfortable and easy, as the hotel is based near the river.

Booked a room with stunningly beautiful views of Omaha's skyline. Private bathroom was amazing. Location: the hotel was very close to a different Casino from now on and the food court and onsite shopping options.

The rooms with the whirlpool and much better ventilation system, for example. Good location, within a close distance from a historical place museum.

A bit rude staff!

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was great, right next to the casino on the Missouri River. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The convenience of being able to park in the garage was a bonus.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Everything was simply good. Wonderful hotel, impeccably clean room. Truly enjoyed our rooms with the whirlpool. The breakfast was marvellous and awesome and offered variety of items. The venue's location was COMFORTABLE, close enough to the Ameristar Hotel/Casino, and the Sports Bar. Furthermore, by the river.

The hotel of choice in Council Bluffs. Spotless and absolutely perfect room and comfortable beds. Comfy and easy location to Horseshoe Council Bluffs. Fabulous area close enough to a different Casino, a river boat, and Council Bluffs.

We got great value for our money with a nice room and fantastic amenities. The hotel's location, overlooking the Missouri River and the Ameristar boat, was wonderful. The staff treated us like royalty, especially the polite and prompt waiter at Villa's Café for breakfast.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety or options.

Very pleasant experience there. Clean and beautiful property with marvellous continental breakfasts and caring staff. Comfy location to a boat dock. A good restaurant and a sports bar available.

The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the variety of dining options and the delicious food at the Heritage Buffet. The casino games were fun and exciting. I would recommend this hotel.
